Beloved son of the late C.J. McNeely and Josephine (Buttiglieri) McNeely-Lane.  Brother of Mary Langmeyer  of Hopedale and Sandra Kelly of North Weymouth.

Uncle of Christopher, Eric and Kevin Langmeyer and Lauren Kelly.

Visiting in the Magrath Funeral Home, 325 Chelsea St. [at Day Sq] EAST BOSTON Wednesday, September 21,  6 - 8 PM.  Concluding with Prayer Service at 7:45 PM.

Charlie was an avid fan of all Boston sports teams and a friend of Bill W.

In lieu of flowers donations in Charlie's memory to either the American Diabetes Assn., American Heart Assn. or the Wounded Warrior Project would be appreciated.  (see below for addresses)
