Devoted Father of Anne Tipping and her husband John of Winthrop, Peter Mosca of East Boston and Maria Clements and her husband Michael of Peabody. 

Cherished grandfather of Jennifer O’Connell and her husband Matt, Stephanie Withers and her husband Charlie, Matthew and Nicholas Clements. 

Brother of Mary Rowe of Everett, James Mosca of Saugus and the late Nicholas and Anthony Mosca and Edith Greathead. 

Great-grandfather of Catherine, Ryan and Andrew O'Connell, Jack, Millie and Caroline Withers. 

Funeral from the MAGRATH FUNERAL HOME 325 Chelsea St (at Day Sq.) EAST BOSTON. Tuesday morning, December 19, at 9. Funeral Mass in The Sacred Heart Church, 45 Brooks St., East Boston at 10 o’clock.  Relatives and friends invited.  Visiting hours Monday, December 18, 4 - 8 PM. 

Interment with Military Honors in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA at 1:15 PM.

Veteran Navy WW II. Frank was a longtime supervisor at Sunbeam Bread and also worked at Whitings Milk Co.
