Patricia A. (Armstrong) Buonopane

BUONOPANE, Patricia A. (Armstrong)  In Winthrop, formerly of East Boston, suddenly July 1, 2018.  Beloved mother of Peter and  his wife Gigi, East Boston, Mark and his wife Linda, of Winthrop, Paul, of Acton, Brenda and her husband Thomas Batts, of Winthrop, James, of Boston, Gayle Shea and her companion Anthony DiGirolamo of Saugus, and her former husband Christopher Shea, and the late John W. Buonopane. 

Sister of Margaret and her husband James Rooney, William and his wife Ann, John and his wife Joanne, Gladys "Tootsie" and her late husband Simone "Sonny" Grato, Mabel and her late husband Albert Arsenault, Theresa and husband Martin Morrissey, and the late Jeanette and Kenneth Haddock, Frances and John Somers, Winifred McCarthy and the late Guy Colella and Mary Armstrong. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Former wife of the late John Buonopane.  Companion of the late Ronald Gibbons. 

Funeral from the Magrath Funeral Home, 325 Chelsea St. [at Day Sq] EAST BOSTON Friday morning, July 6,  at 8:30.  Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, 45 Brooks St., East Boston at 9:30.  Relatives and friends invited.  Visiting hours Thursday, July 5,  4- 8 PM.

Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.

Patricia was a founding member of the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center Board of Directors. 

Donations in her memory to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
