Agnes A (DeBellis) Sforza

SFORZA, Agnes A. (DeBellis)  In East Boston, formerly of Boston's North End, on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2025 in her 102nd year.  Beloved wife of the late Liborio Sforza.

Mother of Francesco Sforza and his wife Carolyn, Maria Frazier and her late husband Paul, all of East Boston and the late Anthony and Michael Sforza.

Agnes was the last of five children. She was the grandmother of nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Visiting on Wednesday, December 31, 9:30 - 11:30 AM in the Magrath Funeral Home, 336 Chelsea St. [at Day Sq] EAST BOSTON followed by a Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, 45 Brooks St., East Boston at 12 PM.

Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.

Agnes was born and raised in the North End by parents who immigrated from Italy and she in turn raised her family there.  They moved as a family to East Boston in the 1980's. Agnes was a strong self-sufficient woman who lived independently until her death.
