RUSSELL, Charles F. "Fred" In Gloucester, formerly of Winthrop, February 4, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Rosemary (Eckert) Russell.

Brother of Henry W. Russell Jr., Millicent DiBartolomeo, Barbara Byerly, Lawrence Russell and Joan Armstrong.

Survived by nieces and nephews.

Visiting in the Magrath Funeral Home, 325 Chelsea St [at Day Sq] EAST BOSTON Thursday morning, February 8, 9 - 10:30 concluding with Prayer Services at 10:30 AM.

Interment Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody
