SULLIVAN, Concetta H. "Connie' (LaGrassa)  In East Boston, March 16, 2022.  Beloved wife of the late John L. "Jiggs' Sullivan.

Loving mother of Jean Sinatra and her husband Anthony "Satch", Brian and William Sullivan, all of East Boston, Jimmy Sullivan and his wife Sandy of CT, Bob Sullivan and his wife Cheryl of Peabody.

Devoted grandmother of Michael, Chris, Joseph and Kevin Sinatra, Bobby and Danielle Sullivan, Brian and John Sullivan, great-grandmother of Christiano Sinatra and Brian Sullivan III. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Connie was the daughter of the late Mary (Noto) and Baldassare LaGrassa and sister of the late Carlo and Salvatore LaGrassa. She is survived by sisters-in-law: Faye LaGrassa of Medford and Esta Sullivan of Saugus.

Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, 45 Brooks St., East Boston Tuesday morning, March 22, at 10 o'clock.  Relatives and friends invited. PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO CHURCH.  Visiting hours in the Magrath Funeral Home, 336 Chelsea St. [at Day Sq] EAST BOSTON Monday, March 21, 4 - 8 PM.

Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.

Connie was born in Boston's North End and graduated from East Boston High School. As a young woman she worked at New England Telephone Co. until she married and began raising her family in East Boston. When her children were growing she worked as a lunch mother  at the Dante Alighieri School.

She attended all of her children's and grandchildren's sporting and school events, thus becoming an avid sports fan.  Connie crocheted blankets and Christmas stockings for her family and friends, even for the pets. Her family was the center of her life.

In lieu of flowers donations in Connie's memory to the Salesian Boys and girls club would be appreciated.
