STOKES, Ford C.  In East Boston, April 2, 2022.  Beloved father of Amanda Panico, Richard "Chuck" Cushman and Cherice Leavitt. Companion of Sandra Panico for over 30 years.

Brother of Edward, Martha, Lawrence, George and David Linskey, Maura Wilder, Joan Wortman, Christine Etler and the late Thomas Stokes and James Linskey Jr.

Son of the late Dorothea (Wentworth) and James P. Linskey Sr. Loving Papa to Ayvah, Kelsea, Dawn, Dale and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours in the Magrath Funeral Home, 336 Chelsea St. [at Day Sq] EAST BOSTON Sunday, April 10, 4 - 7 PM. Prayer Service at 6:45 PM.  Relatives and friends invited.

Ford worked for many years as a general contractor in property maintenance. He looked forward to Sunday Night Football, caring for his garden and cruising on his motorcycle.  He especially loved spending time with his granddaughter Ayvah and teaching her to fish.
