Frederick Francis Foley

FOLEY, Frederick Francis.  of East Boston, October 15, 2023.  Beloved father of Ryan Elizabeth Clark and her husband Michael of Bradford, NH.

Fred is also survived by the love of his life, Marie D'Avella of Saugus and granddaughters Cordelia and Serafina.

He was the son of the late Mary A. (Person) and William C. Foley Sr. and brother of the late William C. Foley Jr. He is the uncle of Brittany and Shannon Foley.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Magrath Funeral Home, 336 Chelsea St. [at Day Sq] EAST BOSTON on Friday, October 20, 2- 6 PM. A Prayer Service will be held at 5:00 PM.

Fred was a jockey in his younger years and then became the Jock's Room supervisor at Suffolk Downs.  He enjoyed playing tennis and hockey, as well as being a fan of all Boston sports teams.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory to the American Alzheimer's Assn. would be appreciated.
