James E. White

James "Whizzer" White, of Naples Florida and formerly of East Boston Massachusetts, went to be with the Lord on September 25, 2021 at the age of 92.  He was predeceased by his parents Marguerite and James White, his brother General John F. White USAF, and his beloved daughter Paula Buffone.  James leaves behind Clara, his loving wife of 73 years, his son-in-law Mark Buffone, his son Jack White and wife Diane, daughter Gail Capone and husband Kenny, son Craig White and wife Anushka, daughter Kim White, and his brother Eugene White.  He was blessed with grandchildren and great grandchildren who lovingly remember him as Gampy Jim, “Gamp the Champ”, or just Gamp.  Gamp lived each day with joy, love, and purpose and when he wasn't watching or coaching one of his grandchildrens' athletic teams he could most often be found competing on the racketball or pickleball courts or dancing with his wife, Clara.

And so we, his family, will celebrate privately a life well lived!
