ALTRI, John E.  In Peabody, formerly of Winthrop and East Boston, February 21, 2024.  Beloved husband of the late Anne E. (Krom) Altri.

Loving father of Michael Altri and his wife Anita of Revere, John Altri and his wife Gina of Peabody, Lisa Altri and Edward Cronin of Wilmington, James Altri and his late wife Holly of Peabody, Eric Altri and his wife Jennifer of Londonderrry, NH.

Grandfather of Nicole and Jared Lane of Florida, Michael and Barbara Altri of Revere, Amber and Jakob Church of Maine, Johncarlo Altri of Peabody, Aiden and Brody Altri of Londonderry, NH and the late Christopher Kjersgard.  Great-grandfather of Julia, Violet, Madeline, Audrey and Monaco.

Visiting hours will be Saturday, March 2, 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM in the Magrath Funeral Home, 336 Chelsea St. [at Day Sq] EAST BOSTON concluding with a Prayer Service at 12:30.  Committal of ashes with Military Honors will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett

John was a veteran of the US Air Force with service during the Korean Conflict.

In lieu of flowers donations in John's memory to his favorite charity: St Jude's Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
