Laura J. Asci

ASCI, Laura J.  In East Boston, April 12, 2019.  Beloved daughter of the late Vincenza (Caravella) and Filippo Asci.

Laura was born,raised and attended East Boston schools through grammar and high school. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Boston University in 1947 and continued on to a Masters of Education in Guidance from Boston University.  She was a Guidance Counselor in the Quincy Public School System for over 30 years.

Laura was very active on the Boston University Women's Council Scholarship Committee, the Italian Women's Club of Boston and the Dante Alighieri Society. She loved to travel and visited many exotic locations throughout her life.

Graveside Services will be held at St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 11:30 AM which would have been Laura's 93rd birthday.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
