Priti (Madho Singh) David, was born September 15th 1930, in Almora,India, at the foothills of the majestic Himalayan Mountains. She spoke fondly of her early years spent at Adams Girls School where she made dear friendships that have spanned the globe and lasted a lifetime.

She completed her Higher Education at Lucknow University where she also met her husband, who was just minding his own business playing the piano, when this beautiful woman happened by, and the chords of romance were struck. Her career as an accountant began, traveling far and wide across India for The Methodist Mission. The love story continued when she arrived in The United States and married on December 20,1969, becoming a loving wife and a dear mother, the bond that made a family whole.

Along with her many talents for producing fabulous handcrafted artwork, writing inspiring poetry, nurturing back porch gardens, and cooking delicious meals, her passion for church and music were greatly appreciated by many fellow choir members that were lucky to accompany her amazing soprano voice, and sad to see her go as her family moved, in 1973, from Norwalk, Connecticut to Massachusetts living first in East Boston, and then Peabody, where she spent her later years totally enjoying her grandchildren, and becoming a much loved member of The First Congregational Church, Chelsea. After some hard fought battles maintaining her health, she had a comfortable and peaceful transition to the next part of her JOurneY  on August 15th 2021.

Private committal will take place at a later date.
