Thelma May "Thel" (Witham) Coggio

COGGIO, Thelma May "Thel" (Witham)  Of Lynn formerly of East Boston  passed away peacefully with her family by her side on November 16, 2023 at age 93. She was the loving daughter of the late Clarence and Juliette (Gagne) Witham.  Beloved wife of Charles Coggio.  They shared 72 beautiful years together.

Devoted mother of Candace Wolf and her husband Frank of Ft. Pierce, Florida and Cathy Surette and her husband Dwayne of Lynn.

Cherished Nana to David Wolf and his wife Dorothy, Mark Wolf and his wife April, Derek Surette and his companion Maria Ambrosino, Nicholas Surette and his companion Nicole Armata and Kayla Hamilton and her husband Philip.

Special Great-Nana to Charlize, Luke, Jackson, Mark, Thomas, Christopher, Nicholas, Skylar and Philip III.

Sister of the late Dorothy Hagerman and her husband Cy and Marion Scala and her husband Pete  She is also survived by three generations of nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday morning, November 25, in St. Joseph-St. Lazarus Church at 10 o'clock.

Thelma loved to read, do crosswords and sew, but her biggest passions were Bingo and football.
